How To
The First Act Guitar Chord Chart

A free printable guitar chord chart with more than 100 chords!
/upload/images/support/tune and play/guitarneck_1.jpg

Each chord shows:

- chord name
- which strings to play
- which fingers to use

Look at each chord as if you were looking at the neck of a guitar that's standing up, like this:

Each chord has six strings, just like your guitar. The sixth string, or low E, is on the far left. The first string, or high E, is on the far right. The space between the horizontal lines is the fret. The dots tell you where to put your fingers. The numbres tell you which fingers to us (1 = index, 2 = middle, 3 = ring, 4 = pinky, T = thumb). An 'O' underneath a string means to play that string open. An 'X' underneath a string means don't play that string.
