discover a problem part in your recently purchased product, or you are
unhappy with the quality of a First Act part, we’ll be happy to provide
a replacement. Please use the Consumer Service Request Form
to contact us. Be sure to include a detailed description of the faulty
part and the model number of the product. Please note that we may ask
you to return the faulty part.
Missing part
– In the unlikely event that a part or accessory is missing from your
recently purchased product, we will send individual parts and
accessories directly to your home. Please use the Consumer Service Request Form to order your part(s). Be sure to include a detailed description of the missing part and the model number of the product.
