This wicked axe was a side-project of the luthiers at our custom shop, an instrument that is their vision of outrageous metal-guitar bliss, with sonic capabilities that would make any guitarist weak at the knees. The bright-pink tiger-striped finish speaks for itself, but then consider the tone-setup: a single S.D. Screamin’ Demon, complimented by a momentary switch for jarring screams of noise, a built-in preamp, and a Kahler floating tremolo with locking nut. Andy Williams saw and played the axe during a visit to a shop, and was fully ready to beg to take it home.
