Mike Scaccia nicknamed his First Act custom guitar the "White Rhino." Mike's playing lends furious, driving rain to Ministry's signature soundstorm. Kelly Butler, our head luthier, had a gleam in his eye when he described this guitar's sound as "pret-ty e-vil."
This creamy beauty has a single-cutaway, solid mahogany body with a carved maple top, bathed in an alpine white finish with black binding.
The neck is two-piece flame maple with an ebony center and fingerboard. Pearl block inlays stretch down to the headstock, which is capped with ebony.
A string-through body features the First Act patented one-piece string retainer. Hardware includes Grover black metal tuners, and a pretty pearloid pickguard.
Two high-output humbuckers and a Kent Armstrong P-900 provide thick, heavy sound.
