Dia de los Muertos

Jimmy Messer

Story
Specs

This guitar was designed with Jimmy's Texas roots in mind. The mahogany, D-profile neck features a headstock inlay of a maple coffin with a burned-in cross. To give decorative flash to the rosewood fingerboard we added pearloid "Mexican sugar skull" inlays of varying shape across the board, and pearl-blasted gun inlays on the 12th fret. The dark and rugged cowboy embodiment doesn't end there: our asymmetrical, double-cutaway carved top body has the muscular horns of a rare white bull. With the help of two Kent Armstrong P-90 pickups and a vintage tremolo tailpiece, to which Jimmy is partial, he will surely wrestle this ox of an axe into tonal submission.
