Deep, ranting vocals and a thick wall of guitar. Booming bass and aggressive drums crash along at breakneck speed. Melodic guitar lines drop in and out of the purposeful din. Boston-based Cannae is clearly fulfilling their stated goal of sonic annihilation.

Their snarling debut album, Troubleshooting Death, features blistering speed metal with thunderous breakdowns, punctuated by vocal explosions.

CMJ labeled Cannae's sound,"unbridled, two-guitar chaos-core." After releasing the album, the band threw themselves on stage and on the road and rolled out a fierce live act at club gigs and heavy metal/hardcore festivals.

Horror, the second CD from Cannae, bursts with double bass, sinister guitar pyrotechnics, and lung-bursting screams. Unrestrained! Magazine calls it "a relentless rampage of heinous emotions unraveling at grinding speed.”

Jason Zucco, lead guitarist for the band, can shoot spaghetti out of his fingertips, and can slam a revolving door.
