Guitarist Ben Carey broke out of Australia in a big way, landing a gig as the touring guitarist for ‘90s pop duo Savage Garden for their international tours. The exposure helped him pick up more high-profile work with artists like Billie Myers and Tal Bachman before he signed up with multi-platinum rock stars Lifehouse for more touring action. When he’s not jet-setting around the world and playing to sold out crowds, Carey can be found playing guitar with his band Ocianic, who released their first album U, in 2004.
