The Almost is an alternative rock band and the side project of Aaron Gillespie, drummer and vocalist for the Christian metalcore band Underoath. Gillespie played nearly every instrument on the 2007 debut album Southern Weather, and then recruited a backing band for a tour entitled “It’s All Happening.”
