Education and Advocacy

Music plays an important role in a child’s development. In a time when music programs are being systematically cut from academic budgets, we’re infusing music back into American daily life.  We know that given the opportunity, anyone can learn to play an instrument. Studies have shown that playing a musical instrument can measurably enhance a child's intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development.

We proudly support these music education advocacy organizations:

We are proud to sponsor the American Music Conference,  whose goal is to build credibility for music and music education, especially at an early age, and to expand that portion of the population that enjoys and makes its own music. Their efforts help assure that music education is adequately funded.
